is an attorney, writer, strategic consultant and non-profit manager.
Born in Johnstown, New York in 1946, McFeeley received his bachelor's
degree from Princeton University and his law degree from Harvard
Law School. For 15 years McFeeley served as Corporation Counsel
for National Medical Care, and during that time became familiar
with the changes in delivering health care services and products
in the United States. For over five years thereafter, McFeeley was
the executive director of the Human Rights Campaign in Washington,
D.C. during a half decade of significant growth and influence. He
has provided strategic and fund-raising advice to a variety of non-profit
organizations and is currently the CEO of the Center for Policy
Alternatives in Washington, D.C.
